Executive Team
The Executive Team enacts key decisions for mutual benefit on financial, logistics, membership and organisational matters including meetings, AGM and exhibition planning, and any correspondence on behalf of the Guild membership. The Executive Team is comprised of elected representatives by the membership, for fixed term durations, and is currently comprised of the following representatives:

Hazel Millington
Hazel brings a wealth of experience, passion and dedication to the promotion of artisan crafts across the County of Norfolk, and is a long-standing member of the Norfolk Craft Guild. Hazel is instrumental in shaping the Guild vision and future strategy for development, and ensuring its continued growth and relevance in promoting the highest quality artisan crafts throughout the East Anglia region and beyond.
Fused Glass and Dichroic Glass Jewellery
Hazel creates vibrant fused glass art and striking dichroic jewellery from her small studio on the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Her work reflects a deep love of unique, handmade jewellery and a lifelong fascination with the captivating possibilities of glass.

Louise Dossett
Working closely with the Chair and Executive Team, Louise contributes to the strategic direction of the Guild and supports with the leadership to the Guild Committee and membership. Louise helps to ensure seamless continuity in governance and representation. Her steady support and collaborative approach are key to maintaining the Guild's high standards and nurturing its vibrant community of makers.
Crochet
Louise is a creative crochet artisan crafter specialising in handmade crochet dolls, animals, birds and familiar creations — all crafted with care, character, and a sense of fun. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and lovingly stitched using high-quality materials, with all items fully compliant with CE and UKCA safety regulations — making them perfect for children and collectors alike.

Victoria Bond
Recently appointed as Guild Secretary and additionally as Communications Officer, Victoria brings energy, organisation, and a fresh perspective to the Guild's operations. In this key administrative role, she supports the Chair, Executive team and Committee in the smooth running of Guild activities, whilst helping to uphold its mission of promoting artisan crafts throughout Norfolk and beyond.
Papercutting and Papercraft
Victoria is emerging as a professional artist and artisan crafter with her extraordinary layered papercut artworks and precision hand-cut designs. Working from her home studio near Norwich, she creates intricate pieces entirely by hand — each cut
made using a surgical-grade scalpel and crafted with patience, precision, and a deep respect for this traditional process and ancient oriental craft.

Sharon Stone
Sharon brings a wealth of financial expertise and a strong commitment to the Guild's ongoing success. Having held this pivotal role for several years, Sharon provides financial oversight, governance, forecast and budget planning.
Metalwork sculptures, Mosaics and Pet Portraits
Sharon is a multi-disciplinary artist, known for her vibrant creativity, playful sense of humour, and ability to turn just about anything into art - and artisan craft.
While she explores many different crafts and media, her most recognisable work lies in her striking welded animal sculptures—crafted from recycled tools,
scrap metal, and salvaged wood. Each sculpture is a one-of-a-kind character, brought to life with a keen eye for form, texture, and personality. From expressive dogs to quirky farmyard creatures, her pieces celebrate the charm of the handmade and the beauty of giving old materials new life.

Karen Stuart
Recently appointed to the new Executive role of Membership Secretary, Karen is responsible for overseeing the membership experience, ensuring that current members are well supported whilst working to attract new artisans to join the Guild.
Seed Bead Jewellery
After a long and distinguished professional career, Karen sought a quieter life and found herself immersed in the world of seed bead crafting. Karen is a self-taught yet talented jewellery maker and leverages her professional world experience in the Executive role of Membership Secretary of the Guild. She specialises in developing and crafting her exquisite seed bead designs at her home studio in North West Norfolk to create beautifully detailed necklaces, earrings, and bracelets—each piece crafted to an exceptionally high standard with a focus on colour, balance, and craftsmanship.
President and the Guild Committee

Eric Allen
Eric has recently been elected to the distinguished and honorary position as President of the Norfolk Craft Guild as a result of his long-term and exemplary service – he is currently also the longest-serving Guild member today. The role as President of the Guild is to appoint the elected Chair of the Executive Team, and to maintain the discipline of the Guild membership and adherence to the Guild Constitution.
Woodturning
Eric is a master woodturner, renowned for his exceptional craftsmanship and decades of experience at the lathe. From elegant bowls and decorative boxes to beautifully balanced lamps, vases, and finely turned wooden apple pen holders, his work showcases both technical precision and artistic sensitivity.

Patricia Jarrett
Pat is a long-standing member of the Norfolk Craft Guild, having previously held the Executive role of Guild Secretary, and currently holds the committee position of Events Liaison Officer, as she continues to contribute her extensive experience in liaison with venues and negotiation on behalf of the Guild on exhibition planning, event dates and correspondence.
Stained Glass Ornaments
Pat is known for creating beautifully handcrafted stained-glass pieces using the traditional Tiffany-style copper foil technique. With a passion for colour, light, and craftsmanship, she designs and makes an array of vibrant suncatchers, decorative mirrors, and ornamental glass decorations that bring joy and character to any space.

Jan Doy
Jan co-ordinates the Guild social events and activities - and the beverage supplies that keep the Guild membership refreshed - at exhibitions and for during Guild committee meetings and the AGM.
Fabrics and Textile Sewing
Formerly embracing the lifestyle and travel being part of the Royal Air Force community and raising a family, after several deployments her family was stationed in Norfolk and she has since settled here and embraced a quieter, more creative path as a skilled fabric and textile artisan. Jan works from her home studio where her trusty sewing machine hums alongside careful hand-stitching to bring her ideas to life - one stitch at a time.
Guild Membership

Helen Bennett
A long-standing member of the Guild for over ten years, Helen is a dedicated textile artist specialising in patchwork quilts, appliqué cushions, and hand-finished fabric accessories. Her work combines traditional techniques with contemporary creativity, resulting in beautifully crafted pieces that are both decorative and practical.

Dawn Caley
Dawn is the artisan maker behind a collection of handcrafted, mostly animal-themed ornamental features designed especially for outdoor spaces. Inspired by the natural world and the wildlife that surrounds us, she creates hanging decorative pieces that bring a touch of character and charm to gardens, patios, and outdoor corners.

Christine Chapman
Christine is an enamel jewellery maker, working from her home studio on the peaceful outskirts of Norwich. Her jewellery is a celebration of colour, texture, and timeless technique, brought to life through the ancient art of enamelling. Christine is also a creative resin maker, known for her beautifully handcrafted keyrings and “pocket hugs” made with real preserved flowers.

Nessa Dalglish
Nessa specialises in leaded glass, using traditional kiln-fired stained-glass painting methods that date back hundreds of years. Each piece involves carefully layering and firing multiple stages of paint, resulting in rich, intricate images that are both timeless and unique. From hanging window panels to custom pieces for doors, her work brings the outside in, capturing fleeting moments of nature in coloured glass and light.

Jodie Dixon
Jodie has recently joined as a Guild member and is based in mid-Norfolk. She creates beautifully handcrafted macramé and cross stitch pieces that combine traditional techniques with contemporary design. Her work includes macramé bags, decorative wall hangings, embroidered cushions, and a variety of unique and creative homewares – all thoughtfully made to add warmth and character to any space.

Donna Feltwell
Donna is a skilled textile and crochet artist, creating a wide range of beautifully handcrafted items from her home studio in South West Norfolk. With over 15 years of experience in both sewing and crochet, she brings creativity, precision, and a love for making into everything she does.

Mandy Frank
Mandy is a fibre artist and artisan crafter; whose creative journey began in 2020 during the Covid pandemic. What started as a personal exploration during lockdown soon developed into a deep and passionate craft practice rooted in the tactile beauty of wool and the meditative rhythm of needle felting.

Lana Goulding
Lana is an artisan crafter of lampwork glass jewellery based at her studio workshop in North Norfolk. Her journey into jewellery making began in 2010 with upcycled beads, but it was a glass bead making course in 2012 that truly ignited her passion. Since then, she has dedicated herself to the art, science (and artisan craft) of lampworking—transforming molten glass into vibrant, wearable works of radiant colour.

Mike Hollamby
Mike is a skilled woodturner working from his home workshop surrounded by the quiet beauty of the countryside, to create a wide range of hand-turned pieces that blend traditional craftsmanship with contemporary style. Using a lathe, he transforms raw timber into unique, functional art—bowls with rich grain and depth, vibrant resin and wooden pens, and other finely finished objects. Each piece is enhanced with techniques such as texturing, pyrography, and layered painting.

Catharine Jones
Based in her cosy home studio in Norwich, Catharine is a dedicated artisan specialising in hand-knitted alpaca yarn attire and accessories. With a passion for quality, colour, and comfort, she creates luxurious knitwear that’s as practical as it is beautiful. Using a blend of alpaca and silk yarn — renowned for being hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and moisture-wicking — she hand-knits each piece with care and creativity.

Angela Lane
Based in the heart of Mid Norfolk, Angela is a talented ceramic artisan pottery maker and has recently joined as a member of the Guild. Working from her pottery studio surrounded by rural landscapes, she creates a distinctive range of wheel-thrown pottery that is both functional and beautiful — designed to be enjoyed and used in everyday life.

David Newton
David is a skilled silversmith creating handcrafted jewellery using traditional techniques and tools. Working exclusively with 925 sterling silver sourced from reputable UK suppliers, he transforms raw metal into elegant, timeless pieces made to be worn and cherished.

Lorna Newton
Lorna is a textile and mixed media artist and artisan crafter whose work explores texture, narrative, and the expressive possibilities of stitch. Combining both hand and machine sewing techniques, she creates richly layered textile pictures, three-dimensional stitched sculptures, and intricately bound books.
